A BYU fan posted earlier to a different article that the U's SOS (strength of schedule) was "plummeting". LOL. This article indicates teams on Utah's schedule have won 24 and lost 7. BYU's "toughest schedule ever" results indicate 20 wins (2 by Idaho State) and 12 losses (including ND, Wisconsin, Boise State, and Texas (twice)).

Currently Utah's SOS (after "plummeting") includes 4 teams in the top 25 (2 in the top 5), another ranked 32nd, 2 teams previously ranked (current combined record of 4-2), and a much improved Utah State, Washington State and Colorado.

But as my neighbor said (when preseason I said Utah's schedule was tougher), "I don't care that's not what the radio (local station) said!" (He wouldn't look at the page in Phil Steele's College 2013 Football Preview I was trying to show him! - Don't bother me with facts.)

What does this mean? Nothing, to a fan that believes a win against a team (regardless how weak that team is considered) is better than a loss to a highly regarded opponent.

Good Luck Utes this Saturday. With our SOS it will be difficult to get 6+ wins!

Where's Chris B. to open the commenting on a BYU article? I'd expect better this week given his guarantee and Vegas opening with BYU -7...

WON84,

What was the line 2 years ago when Utah beat byu 54-10?

Was it Utah by 44?

Considering hill has the worst passer rating in the entire country, there are approximately 120 teams I'd be more worried about playing!
