What a joke. And two years after this project is finished UDOT will be back
again with another project to put in the southbound express lane and tear out
the old pavement on the northbound side. Why not wait and do it all at once
instead of on and off and then on again disruption? This is not rocket science.
It's too bad that Utah and jobs won't see any of the bulk of this 120
million dollars. Its set to go to ALEC of Washington DC and no bid contracts
again and China economy.Utah and well paying jobs and industry will
not benefit Utah at all. We can also expect that UTA and TRAX and SLC will get a
genrous share of the money as profiteering fraud. UDOT and TRAX and SLC have
developed a relationship of shared road funds to in-clued them as rail funds for
a private business (Corporate TRAX investors).
