How scared of a coach is this guy? Should make going on the road in conference a little scary. Wait to man up, coach.

Within 2 years he'll have us in the dance.

LOVE the way he program is headed.

Utah had the top SIX RPI wins of anyone in the state last year.

Yes, that's right.

We had SIX wins better than any single byu or usu win.

All this is "code" for "hey, we can't win on the road. Let's inflate our win total to cover the mess here."

Everyone of those teams is weak with the exception of 2.

Recruiting and new facilities coming together very nicely. Utah will be right there contending for the PAC 12 title in two years. Utah will also have the best college b-ball facilities in the State bar none.

How long should he "wait to man up"?

Unfortunately, my little sister grossly exaggerates our minimal improvement last season. We were so awful we lost to lowly Sacramento State and SMU.

Sick and tired of this program not scheduling some other power conference teams non-conference. The slate this year is as embarrassing (or more so) than last year's.

Classy as always Maxine!

The fact is - all your bravado about the football teams was exposed as hot air over the weekend. It is only a matter of time before your basketball smack will be exposed too.

Hey, but thanks for coming on yet another Utah story to demonstrate how important Utah is in your life. We truly appreciate your support!

Funny that there is smack coming from Utah County about Utah's basketball schedule when byU's massive, toughest ever, big-boy schedule this year in football smacks right at 49th toughest in the country. And they have already lost to the third weakest team on the schedule! In addition, Utah's ending basketball SOS last year was significantly higher than byU's. Hey, but don't let reality and facts get in the way of a good argument!!

Gotta love it!!

Go Utes!! Onward and Upward!!

Love those Cavaliers!!

Hopefully the Huntsman Center can pack the house and win more games. Its been forever since Utah had a successful season in basketball. I thought they were going to do something last year. This schedule has one glaring issue. How will the team play on the road in conference? Hopefully, they do well.

The problem may not be all the home games. Would be okay if there was some major college teams coming in.

But look at that list of schools. Not much there to get excited about. Small schools. If the Utes lose to even one of those, the boobirds will be out in force.

Can you imagine how the Ute haters would react if BYU rolled out a schedule like that?

So, playing a forest full of Evergreens in the HC is going to prepare us for PAC 12 play???

Either we're being extremely naive, or the PAC must be one of the weakest conferences in the NCAA.

Once again krisblowiak will load up with no competition prior to the pac schedule...have a nice record going into conference play and then finish under 500 again! I'm sick of BYU being the toughest game on the pre-season slate!

They do every year now - it's called the WCC! That's why, at the end of the year, Utah's SOS will be higher once again than byU's.

Go Utes! In Coach K we Trust!!

I feel that Utah is moving in the right direction. I didn't expect a lot of big time teams this year. I like just getting the Ws and building confidence. In a few years this will be a great team and the non-con games will keep getting better and better.

What a joke of a schedule. I still can't believe the tricks a program will pull to get wins. How about manning up and play a normal road vs. home schedule like everyone else in the country does. Come U, show some guts. and quit making excuses. This will be a disaster once they have to play on the road in the weak PAC.

It will still be a boring season and no one will still want to go to the HC. mark this down. Utah will finish in the basement of the PAC again.

Love all the talk about how weak the PAC 12 is from fans of team that plays in the high school gym league (AKA the West Coast Conference). The PAC 12 is far better than that little league your team inhabits which the majority of the country has never heard of. One thing I will agree with on, Utah's preseason schedule for this upcoming season is weak, conference schedule, not so much. Go Utes.
