Hard to pass ups a commission from the Naval Academy. I hope he's getting good advice.

It is a slow news day! Nothing else to report.

Because when does anyone of are football players get a offer from one of the Naval Academy. And it is a kid from a small town that is getting the look. that is why it is news. Why cant some of yu people be happy for the kid. But no you take time to post it is a slow news day or why is this news. Really sad. Congrats Chase on the scholarship offer.

The kid is commited. All other offers don't matter. This is why it is not news. No one cares about offers once you commit. If he decommits and commits to Navy that is news worthy.

Pig Skin Fan, exactly, that's why I spent the time to read the article, because I figured if it's newsworthy, it would be something he was at the very least mulling over, not brushing off. The only people this should be newsworthy to are his family and his high school coach. USU has to feel good about the security of his commitment, though.
