I don't thinking raiding the money from public schools via vouchers or through charters will help. Though Utah didn't go with vouchers, the charters are pulling resources away from our schools. I think properly funding schools and getting off teacher's backs are the answers...

If you keep doing what you've been doing, you'll just keep getting the same results. The lawsuit to stop an already proven alternative to an ongoing failed school system is sad and pathetic. Teacher unions once again overstep their bounds and prove they are more interested in money than the well-being of the students involved.

Forget standardized testing with all of its trimmings, and focus on teaching/learning.

Students are BORED of the tests. The tests causes contention, dulls creativity, and restricts independence.

Teach, and make it fun for the kids! Focus on teaching.
