Out of sight, out of mind is the poorest excuse by people who don't care. Multi tasking is why oversight and negligence is pervasive in government jobs and the mentality of people who have jobs. Multi tasking should be made criminal, its doing more harm and injustice to jobs and government than ever before.

What a wonderful metaphor for American government in the 21st Century... :D

Awesome! Great lesson for the girl.

She should sue... perhaps she could win a $4 million judgement like another kid did several weeks ago who was left in a cell for days.

@My2Cents - "multi tasking should be made criminal" - What? multi tasking is what the lazy cannot do, not because they can't do it, but because they won't do it, it is just too much.

@FrankSegesman - Kind of agree with you, she was obviously guilty of something since the judge wanted her detained.

@MissPiggie - I hope your comment is sarcasm. This is what is wrong with our society, sue for everything and get money. That is exactly what we need is a criminal with $4MM dollars.

C'mon people really?

@Miss Piggie

You mean the kid who was arrested (and not charged with anything) and left in a holding cell for four days with no food or water, had to drink his own urine, and then spent three days in intensive care?
