Geez, how many felonies does a person have to be charged with before they are
locked up off the streets for a while?Since these were bank
robberies, and he was a felon in possession of a firearm during the
"alleged" robberies, could this be prosecuted in federal courts where he
might get a longer sentence? Or, would the Holder justice department decline to
prosecute him for some inexplicable reason?
