The council is out of order and has no right to audit this private hospital for funding by an illegal county government service dealing with medical issues. Horiuchi can audit the county but private con traced services are not under his jurisdiction. Under the bus? Its just the beginning of more economic distress and facing the health care industry and all of government welfare services.

Rather than think a audit is called for, they should be looking at ways to stop funding illegal use of tax funds. When free money stops flowing the shutting down of government services is a natural expectation governemnt should be doing.

Our elected politicians are so disconnected from reality its pathetic and hopeless for them to think our society wants to keep the lie flowing for political votes. Welcome to the real world council, its a dead economy and no one is paying taxes to fund the ever expanding government spending plans. Cut, cut, cut, cut, and more cuts should be their focus. Close government doors, not the jobs and industry doors that has to pay workers and collect taxes.
