Why would a High School gym need to be NCAA quality? Are they going to compete with Utah or UVU?

I guess it doesn't really matter as I am not one of the people fooled into building and paying for another public High School in Draper. What does concern me is the effect of grade realignment on the elementary schools in the North east end of the district. Dropping an entire grade when schools were already half empty likely will be the tipping point to start the school closure debate that precipitated the formation of CSD in the first place.
