Tis sport to see the Democrats hoist with their own race based tactics and union style maze of hiring and firing steps before anyone can be laid off.

Perhaps if they adopted the conservative idea of hiring based on merit alone, and treating every U.S. citizen the same as every other U.S. citizen they would not be in this embarrassing spot.

I bet (and hope!) they get his with a wrongful termination or discrimination suit!

There's more to tis than meets the eye. Although it would have been nice for the Democrats to help the woman do a better job, it's not required. They should have the right to hire and fire whomever they please. A job is not a guarantee of lifetime employment. Maybe she wasn't doing a good job and they didn't want to embarrass her by saying so. Who knows?

And I don't know why there would be a wrongful termination or discrimination suit. It did say they were trying to find something else for her to do. And why was it a "Dream Job"? Was it a lot of money for little work? I just thought it was an odd phrase....
