Correct me if I am wrong but after reading the article I came to the conclusion
that there is at least one good police officer in WVC that was willing to stand
up and do something when he reported the theft. Make that two good officers if
you include the supervisor who took immediate action. Corruption would involve
a cover up but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I see this story as
an example of things going the right way.
What more can go wrong in West Valley? How deep can corruption go and how long
can it last before good people stop standing around doing nothing?
