Oh, how very generous. (I think I'm going to be sick....)

Kate: at least he donated - what have you done lately for those less fortunate than you?

He donated?

His campaign donated useless campaign hats and t-shirts to around 200 children.

Marlborough, MA

Kind of like when the 3 major sports leagues in America the NFL,NHL and MLB donate the swag from the team that lost the championship of a given season to 3rd world countries. Very generous.

I bet he doesn't forget to write off his donation...unless he's running for office again, and need's his tax percentage to appear normal.

St.George, Utah

And what else were they going to do with all of this?
Doubtful that the Romney neighbors or friends live in a neighborhood where they use old T shirts to dry of their cars after washing them in the driveway.
Oh, Oh, but they might be able to use the the memorable clothing for a creative family picture reminiscing 2012!
A fascinating year to remember!

And this donation of 200 T-shirts is a top news story ... why?

People make serious (high value) donations to the needy every day. What a ridiculous joke this "story" is. Does the DN have nothing better to do than follow Romney around and write about his (or his campaign's) daily activities?

I think Romney may have a chance at president in Kenya...

Better than just sitting on a shelf.
The smiles on the kids is priceless.

You know you're a pretty big player when even your T-Shirts make news!

Do you think the 200 children who now have a hat to keep the hot sun off of their heads will consider these donated hats "useless"? Do you think these 200 kids would consider these T-shirts "useless" when it prevents them from getting sunburned? (Yes, even blacks can get sunburned.)

Does the phrase "look a gift horse in the mouth" mean anything to you? Anything at all? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?...
