Gosh. No one has posted to remind us that this could also have been done with a
car, which continues to be legal to own and operate.
Doesn't sound like an accident to me. The gun was being aimed at someone
when the trigger was pulled. The bullet then went in the direction aimed and
struck the target. That's what guns do. Never, ever point a gun at
anything that you don't want a bullet to hit.
All guns are always loaded. Never point a gun at something you are not willing
to destroy. Make sure what's in the background. Keep finger off the trigger
until you are ready to fire.
I would say this is unbelievable, except for the fact that it is very
believable. How many times have we heard about unarmed individuals having a
dispute of some kind when in an instant someone decides to pull out their gun?
