This team may not win a lot of games but let's hope they play with enthusiasm and energy. I quit watching last season because that team had no heart whatsoever. Did they even care whether they won or lost? I'm sure they did but they were frustrating, and frankly, boring to watch.

If the Jazz want me to invest my time and money on their team the players must play the game like they care.

The Jazz are simply just developing their cute little "core 4" so that in 1-3 years, teams like Houston, Miami, New York, Brooklyn, Boston, the Lakers and Clippers can buy them for a price that the Jazz cannot afford.

Lindsey has shot the jazz in the foot. When they lose and lose they will watch pop corn sales plummet.

Seems like the author has bought into the Jazz futureland promo currently running.

The promo sounds something like this, "the team is rebuilding" which makes it okay to let Randy Foye who shot out the lights last season go for ... a future second round draft pick? really!

If the Jazz had got Foye for a future second round draft they would be patting themselves on the back, now they have traded him for a second round draft pick in the future and they are ...patting themselves on the back. I sense the trend developing.

Next year they Jazz will be flush with cash and they say the free agent market will be better and they mention marquee names Bosh, Dirk etc. Does anyone thing the Jazz will trade one of the core four or five for a huge name? or better yet a huge name would consider Utah?

Rebuilding in NBA is delusional
