I am surprised Mr. Yennie's former employer did not have him sign a non-compete contract when he signed in as an intern. Further, I am surprised the other interns at Fox didn't have to sign an Arbitration agreement before coming to work the company, thereby de-railing a class action suit against Fox.

Assuming that's the case...sounds like Mr. Yennie's former boss was only screwing himself in the end. Karma?

Nothing wrong with an unpaid internship.

If you don't like it, don't do it.

No one is forcing anyone.

Go get a paid internship that pays you what you think you are worth.
