"The Utes have become the more relevant football team over the past decade..."

What makes U think an unranked, bowl-less, conference bottom dweller is relevant?

The truth is, the Utes are no more relevant than Washington State, Colorado, Indiana, Vanderbilt, Iowa State, Northwestern, Rutgers, and Maryland - perennial big boy conference bottom dwellers whose only relevancy is being a whipping boy for the big boys of the conference.

______

Nothing like a bitter BYU fan with no real conference affiliation. Carry on with your hopeless and creative ways to think irrelevant Independence is the way to go.

At least come up with better schools. Half those you listed were in bowls last year.

Howard, the "fact man"....

BYU has a national championship in football. Utah does not.
BYU has a Heisman trophy winner. Utah does not.
BYU has a superior stadium and even in the down years of Crowton BYU sold more tickets per game than Utah's stadium holds at full capacity. LOL!!

When they were in the same conference, WAC or MWC, BYU DOMINATED all other schools in every major sport in regards to championships. Utah did not. In fact, Utah NEVER won a track & field championship----not once.

So, include all the facts when carping about how great Utah is and how lousy BYU is in football or anything else.

Howard, the "fact man", round two...

OK, explain away these facts with your rose-colored glass that have a big PAC on one lens and a 12 on the other. And now that Utah might miraculously somehow get to the Vegas Bowl some future year, tell us how it suddenly became so appealing since Utes always bad-mouthed it when BYU played in it. Make sense now with your logic........

How did Utah fare in the Rose Bowl...wait...the PAC 12 Championship Game...wait...the game against Colorado in SLC the first year they were conference rivals...wait...against UNLV a few years ago (27 - 0 for UNLV - remember?)...wait...against PAC 12 teams in football the last two years...wait...switch to Basketball.....never mind.

What does "superior stadium" mean? When you beat Idaho State & New Mexico State perhaps. Not superior when you lose to Utah, Oregon State.......at home.
According to your logic, Utah & San Jose State have superior stadiums because BYU lost on the road.
