    If throwing out numbers of "underrepresented" minorities in college is evidence of "racism" then clearly the nfl, nba, and college athletics are some of the most racist organizations in society today.

    If giving preference to a white person over a black person in any part due to race is racism, then giving preference to a black person over a white person due in any part to race, is racism.
