Rationalization weakens society's view of right and wrong. Expecting government to sanction it, is an example. Pathetic.

I can't believer these comments! People are celebrating the demise of traditional Christian values like savages dancing around a funeral pyre. What you all fail utterly to understand is that those same values (and our ability to restrain ourselves from doing the things that make us "feel good") are what made this nation great in the past. You claim a great victory at the triumph of sodomy, some of you cheer at anything that runs against the Church. DO you seriously not understand that the reason this place is nice is because of the very things you seek so fervently to destroy?

And I find it interesting that when the Church disagrees with the gay community, they are being bigoted. So it would make sense, logically speaking, that when the gay "community" disagrees with the Church, the gay "community" is guilty of that very same prejudice...

Homosexuality is a weakness. This is not bigotry but reality. The truth shall set you free.

"People are celebrating the demise of traditional Christian values"

Many religious people disagree with you. Many Christians, as well as people of other religions, SUPPORT gay marriage. Many Christian (and Jewish) denominations are already happy to perform gay wedding ceremonies. They DO NOT think that this is the "demise of traditional Christian values".

Perhaps they believe in the "traditional Christian values" that tell us to LOVE one another rather than to JUDGE on another.

"Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." Matthew 22:37-40

"For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other." Galatians 5:14-15

"There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?" James 4:12
