Whether he is officially charged by his fellow Republican House members after an investigation in these unchartered waters with the Legislature and Governor involved, the AG will never have the same efficacy as prior to Mark Shurtleff. They have both marred the elected office of the "top law enforcement officer of the State of Utah" according to Shurtleff. We have mired into the Chicago scene and process. Donuts for a mess of pottage is all he was asking for or a palace for a king of AGism.

What exactly is this charade going to cost the taxpayers of the State of Utah????

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's most likely a duck.....

Term limits are a must. Absolute power corrupt absolutely.

    Don't you agree Mr Swallow?????

    re: That's what I thought.

Are you suggesting this is similar to the hypocrisy of the Obama when he called out George W Bush for the Patriot Act? I agree there is hypocrisy in government and it starts right at the top in the White House.

Did not he have these problems before the tea party caucus anointed him?

Does anybody else see the hypocrisy of Herbert calling anybody out for ethical concerns? How many of his campaign donors has he given major government contracts to?
