Pass it city council and you will be GONE!

West Jordan, UT

In January, I hit a pothole on 1300 South (a concrete road) that resulted in about $400 damage to my car. My claim to SLC was denied, saying that they adequately maintain their roads. The day that Becker vetoes this budget, is the day I appeal to the 3rd District Court on whether SLC is truly maintaining their roads. 1300 South has had "Road Damaged" signs up for months, put up the day after my claim and they remain to this day. I doubt a judge will see SLC and their 5-miles per year as adequately maintaining the roads. We'll start to see the true costs of doing nothing. SLC needs to fix the roads or start paying for the auto repair bills.

Hang in there, Mr. Mayor. You are unique and a breath of fresh air.

Just think of all the money we could save by cutting the city council to 3!!!!!
