Disgusting. To think this is what it has come to. Creepy at best, diabolical at worst. They dont' need all this data. And it will cost our society billions to store it. They can already get warrants for phones on the fly, they don't need this power.
The sheer waste of money here should offend us all.

Surely this can come as no surprise to any informed person. With the reauthorization of the Patriot Act and FISA, we all should have known this was happening. This is why they built that enormous new facility down in the Camp Williams area.

Spying on phone records didn't prevent the Boston bombing, school shootings, Colorado theater killing, Fort Hood, guns to Mexican cartels, Benghazi, etc.

Assaulting innocent Americans is not the answer.
