And the true character of the gun lover begins to be revealed....

murray, UT

I wouldn't be surprised if a restraining order is the next step his ex-wife takes. The fact that he went back to the home with a gun after getting a call asking him to stay away is reason enough. He started yelling while the police were there and gets arrested. I sure hope he loses his concealed carry permit. We don't need any more angry people with guns in our community. I guess Clark is considered a pro gun advocate I don't think he represents responsible gun ownership at all.

Is this the same gun-lobbyist who recently had an assault rifle stolen out of his car?

Oh yeah, sounds like EXACTLY the kinda guy I want to have carrying guns around....really....

Innocent until proven guilty.

Remember, it's an easy deal for a vindictive ex-wife to try to get "domestic violence" charges filed knowing that a conviction would ban him from ever owning a gun and essentially putting him out of business as an instructor or the other businesses he has engaged in.

Let's see what other evidence is presented and if he was actually guilty of anything.

Yes, he was carrying a gun, but he does that all the time anyway, as his his right, in full compliance with all Utah laws. He told the officer he had it, and did NOT threaten anyone with it.

This is NOT a "gun issue", regardless of what some people would like you to think.

Why would Vilos lie to protect his buddy? I'm sure this was an innocent exchange. Clark is a responsible person. It's not like he's ever left a gun in car, or had that gun stolen. He was just using the drive way for a turnaround, it's not like he went out of his way to go up a dead end road.

Aposhian has opposed any new gun regulations, saying that "we just need to strictly enforce existing laws."

Now it's time for him to do exactly that.

Want to bet we see some fast spinning to try to get around it.

But, of course, strict enforcement is for other people and not a true patriotic American gun nut.
