    @Doug10

    you got to be kidding me...OKC has a huge hole in their lineup...and as long as they dont plug it...they wont win it all any time soon...if they stuck with Harden, and Green...and let BJ Mullens develop...they might've been locked for the finals...the only problem they have if they keep the three guys there...is toughness in the paint...and sad to say Perkins aint that tough anymore...and so is Ibaka...

    @ mountain man/ patriot....Sloan might be 71 years old, but if he came down with Alzheimers disease he would still be 3 times the coach Corbin is. Currently he is 10 times the coach Corbin is.

    @ Little Andy...I hope you are right, but I hope they don't wait until the trade deadline. I think Jerry would like to come back and coach the JAZZ for about 3 or 4 more years. Wake up Greg, and get HOF coach Sloan back as the Jazz Head Coach before it is too late. Give him a 3 or 4 year contract, try to keep Hornacek on as an assistant, and make an agreement with him to take over as head coach when Sloans contract expires. Then bring in the Mailman as the strength and conditioning coach. Do the right thing Greg, and get it done, and don't feel bad about Corbin. If he is such a great coach as you seem to think, he shouldn't have any problem getting hired on by one of the 10 or so teams looking for a coach right now. I doubt he would even get an interview, and that pretty much says it all.

    Jerry is 71 - stay on the tractor on the farm and forget coaching. Those days are over.

    The Jazz should get Jerry back as they will then have something to talk about next season.

    With the current raft of players or lack thereof the Jazz will be league doormats next season.

    When KOC attracts the likes of Raja Bell then keeps him at home while the team is short players due to injuries it is about showing who is boss rather than helping the team.

    Both Milsap and Jefferson are in the top 10% of available free agents and both will not return to Utah. That being said most likely lesser talent will be suited up for the Jazz next year with new draft picks on the bench.

    Some say lets go with our young core..bottom line is, Corbin did that as much as he could and they don't have what it takes yet. In two years when their value has increased exponentially then KOC will show us his Deronesque trading abilities and we will lose the majority of them.

    Oklahoma with an allstar and good supporting crew could not get to the western finals this year. The Jazz have a supporting crew but do not have an allstar even on the horizon.
