Your bias against Canyons School District is showing again, KSL. There are
busier streets in the district (90th South, State Street, Fort Union Blvd) and
much busier in other districts across the state that students are crossing. But
for some reason you hone in on a certain school board member's neighborhood
of Cranberry Hills? Track this reporter's stories and the bias is obvious.
Your viewers/readers are smarter than you think. How about some objective,
transparent reporting for a change? It might even have the added effect of
"Here you go kids, just look for an opening between cars and make a run for
it. Sorry that we have no crossing guard, flashing lights, or school zone sign,
but we were so busy we forgot to plan for that stuff. Hazardous walking route
bus waiver? Now why would we do that?"
