I have to say after discovering Mr. Todakonzie's work on my building I took
a long time to sit back and critique it in my mind... with its monochromatic
coloring, harsh lines and poor fading... it was reminiscent something I once saw
on a train car passing by... then another... then another... I said to myself...
this chicken scratch isn't original but a shameful a copy! I then decided
then and there something had to be done so my friend Sherwin Williams and I
whitened the pallet for the next guy.

I love how it is ok for companies to bombard us with their graffiti on a daily
basis, but God forbid an actual artist adds something to the mix. I love the
graffiti artists in my city. They actually make our city more beautiful. Can we
get Mcdonald's to come scrub clean their countless billboards?
