God bless Ms. Anderson to carry on her important work!

My dad and my grandfather had heart problems and my cholesterol hasn't always been as low as it should be and as I get older I wonder about strokes/heart attacks so articles like this make me pause and think.

If you haven't got your health, what have you got?

The answer.....a very difficult and painful situation that may last the rest of your mortal life. Not fun.

For me personally, I've tried to cut back on high fat/unhealthy food by making up a pnemonic (sp?) that reminds me of the long range health problems of that kind of diet.....

F - Fat
A - And
H - Heart attack/stroke
T - Terribly
I - Incapacitating and
R - Restrictive

Pronounced "fatter". Is it working? I've lost over 10 lbs in 3 months.

Good luck to us all as we seek better health!
