Best returner in the history of the state of Utah.

The future(and present) of football in Utah,

Is Pac 12 Utah!

You mean PAC 10.2? I am certain that you may be over rating the Utah impact in the PAC. The rest of the conference certainly is.

Gone fishin,
Sounds like you have been gone a long time, you must have left in fear of Y2K.

What a steal for the Steelers. Good luck Reggie, many more season on the field for you. You saved the Utes more than once last season buddy... hahaha.

@Gone Fishing... funny, I see Pac-12 patches on UTAH jerseys. The same one's that Oregon, ASU, Colorado, Washington, California, USC, Washington State, Arizona, Stanford, UCLA, Oregon and BYU wear.

Oh wait, BYU isn't in the Pac, whoops. I guess there's a difference in belonging than being the mid-major wannabe Notre Dame of the West. What do you think? I guess once you 'people' cling on to something you never let go?

What is your problem Gone Fishing? Why do you care what the rest of the conference does?

I am a Steelers fan, and so I hope Dunn makes lots of touchdowns!

“I know I’m a big-time playmaker"
"Obviously I'm fast, but vision isn't something you can test at Combine"
"During the draft, I was wondering what you have to do to get drafted. I had four 100-yard kick returns, I was All-American, I ran fast at pro day, and so I was wondering. It’s mind-boggling"

Dunn is a great player. Sounds to me like he could use a dose of humility however. Were he a BYU player touting his abilities, there is no question Utah "fans" would be there crucify him for being so proud of his accomplishments. I think his head is getting a little too big though, as clearly scouts didn't think he is as good as he thinks he is.

@ sag

As opposed to byu players guaranteeing a NC or touting their high-level of "obedience" off-the-field as the reason for their "success" on-the-field? Please....RD was hardly lacking humility in his statements and has every right to feel as if he were slighted, because in fact he was. As a Steelers fan, I'm excited to watch Hester II unfold in The Steel City.

I suppose only having had 14 players drafted since '03 would cause a fan to be this utterly jealous/envious. Shoot, byu's only 2 players drafted in the last 4 years weren't even bm-recruits. Talk about total/complete futility.

Hey azute, how many National Championships are university of utah sports teams playing for tomorrow?

Oh that's right, none.

BYU on the otherhand? Well they are playing for 2 of them.

Just an interesting difference between 2 programs that occupy different positions in the world of NCAA athletics. One plays for National Championships seemingly almost every single year in various sports. The other one almost never does.

Hmmmm.......

One response tangents-off onto other, wholly unrelated sports, yet can't directly refute me, then another shows an inability to comprehend what's written in a dictionary and commences with stating absolutely nothing. Not much I can do to be of assistance to you two.

RD was an All-America, while setting NCAA records, with blazing speed and the ability to do what very, very few can do in this game....He can literally impact the outcome of a game in one, single play....My Steelers, literally, got a major steal here with RD.

But, then again, what do byu fans know about The NFL Draft? Like I said, byu has had 14 players drafted since '03 and the 2 drafted in the last 4 years weren't even bm-recruits....Think about it.

Why is the owner of the Steelers living in Arizona? By your comment that "MY Steelers" got a steal, you imply that you must be the owner of the Steelers. Somehow the decision of an NFL franchise to sign a free agent to a contract is a reflection on you or something that you have done. Just like the U joining the PAC12 somehow makes you superior to others.

If you want to talk about comprehending what's written in a dictionary, start by looking up the word "delusional".

I wouldnt even consider Ansah a great draft pick yet, he got drafted as high as he did because hes a "High Risk, High Potential" kind of guy.

He could be the next JPP, or he could be the next Jamarcus Russell.

Really didn't have amazing stats going against weak WAC offensive lines. Didn't do much against Utah's awful offensive line last year either..

I really can't wait until the next football season starts, now that BYU is playing a quality schedule it will be you BYU fans that will need to learn humility.

"Dunn is a great player. Sounds to me like he could use a dose of humility however."

RD's asked to describe his strengths and why he believes he should've been drafted, which he accurately does, and this means he lacks humility?

This might sound rare coming from a BYU fan but I just wanted to send out a congrats to Reggie Dunn and I hope he can makes a lot of noise in the NFL. I am a BYU fan first, but I'm also a college football and NFL fan in general and I can appreciate any good player with skills like Reggie's that makes the game better, more entertaining, and more fun to watch. Good luck out there! I also think it's kind of bush league that he didn't get a Consensus Selection as an All-American as a return man but he should have a promising career in the NFL.

Go Cougs!

Good luck to Reggie making the final cut with the steelers! And good luck to all the players that got either drafted or signed to free agent contracts from the state of Utah. The better they all do, helps football programs statewide. At some point the childish comparisons need to stop.

Also, to make comments about his humility when you don't personally know him is ridiculous. This article was written about his accomplishments, so of course he is going to talk about them.

Good luck to all and Go Utes!

Thank you Claws and Qwest. Perfect examples of what posts should be made on this type of article.

Go Reggie! Go Utes!!
