There were apparent inconsistencies in the initial statements in court documents, but what wasn't clear was if she had trespassed. If she didn't, based on my understanding of the law she shouldn't have been charged. I find it interesting that she wasn't charged for a couple of weeks and then she provided the additional evidence.
