The future(and present) of football in Utah, is Utah

Pardon my little sister's jealous little temper tantrum. Ziggy is one of the most compelling stories in the NFL draft this year and the enormous amount of positive publicity that BYU is receiving from taking a kid who didn't even know how to put on his shoulder pads when joined the BYU football program and developing him into a Top 10 NFL draft pick is driving my little sister berserk with jealousy.

One player they forgot to mention was Brad Sorenson. He may be drafted late but he will be drafted.

Stang, they mentioned him. He got his own page and everything. Whether he's drafted or not, we'll see, but you're right if he does it will be late.

Cedar City, Utah

I saw that after I commented. That was my mistake. The only reason he will be late is because he's a former SUU player. Other than that he has all the tools to make it in the NFL. No question give him a few years and he will start and be a force for whomever drafts him.

I thought the future of football from a Ute perspective last year was Utah... State?

Outranked by both USU and BYU.

It still hurts don't it?

Sporting News’ annual coach rankings (PUBLISHED Monday, Apr 22, 2013):

17. Bronco Mendenhall, BYU
36. Kyle Whittingham, Utah

Las Vegas, NV

Good luck to both Ziggy and Star. I hope both of them do well in the NFL.

Sorry, but Brad Sorensen isn't on any of the mock draft sheets. When he played USU Brad didn't look too impressive.

@Go Big Blue

There's other teams besides your precious Aggies. And he did very well against other top teams. Cal is a much better caliber than USU and he helped lay 30 points on them. Before you say it I know they lost but hanging thirty points on a PAC12 school is awesome. Look deeper in the article my friend. Of course he wouldn't look to impressive to a tunnel vision aggie fan.

Hey Go Big Blue looks like you were wrong. He is now a Charger. Good try though showing your supirior intellect once again.
