Gordon Hayward (play him mostly at 2! can defend other top twos)
Derrick Favors (PF of future; outplayed Millsap in the end)
Enes Kanter (C of future)
Al Jefferson (C until Enes matures; most consistent Jazz player last year; name another center who's available that's overall better---ain't one!)
Marvin Williams (good SF off bench; can hit 3s)
Mo Williams (best PG option available?)
Randy Foye (trey record--'nuff said; backs up Hayward; plays 2 when Gordon backs up 3)
DeMarre Carroll (Mr. Energy!!! Every team needs one)
Jamaal Tinsley (best backup PG available, and cheap!)

Have to Keep (if not traded):

Alec Burks (inconsistent, but might have upside; could be perennial bench player)
Jeremy Evans (still unknown value)

Paul Millsap (inconsistent; past his prime; tanked near year's end)
Kevin Murphy (no upside? so, let go!)
Earl Watson (old & injury prone; only keep if needing 3rd PG)
Jerel McNeal (unknown value; maybe invite to summer league)

PF & SF (can never have too many due to injuries)
PG that's better than Mo, which I doubt is available (who also wants to come here)

I want the jazz to tank this season. Keep the young players and let everybody else go.
