The NRCS has Utah listed at about 81%. Low, but not that low.
Even 65% of normal snowpack can bring on the floods if the temperature gets too
high too fast. Better to have a few thousand prefilled sandbags on hand than
wait until it's too late.
Wait a sec...northern Utah snowpack is 65% of normal and we're preparing
for flooding? Somebody help me understand what I'm missing please.
