So, how did he do in the 3-point competition? Just curious. Could not find final results on-line.

Is he related to Lynn Parsons?

Park City, UT

I'm confused. The story says recent graduate. Didn't he play this year?

Richfield, UT

He is Lynn Parsons's grandson. He scored 9 points in the first round of the 3-point shooting event and finished in the bottom half of the 8 man field. He did not advance.

The top 4 point getters from the first round advanced to the finals. The other 7 shooters that were in the field are all in ESPN's top 50 high school players. All of them are going to prestigous basketball universities. I believe the winner (going to Kansas?) scored 26 points in the final (out of 30)...six points possible at 5 differnt shooting stations. 5 balls at each station with the 5th ball being worth 2 point, the others are worth one point.
