The bad thing is that all the players suffer for the actions of a few or the 1. Punish those involved not the whole team.

Whew, good thing. Now Ute fans might be able to go back to treating the Rugby program like it is actually associated with the University of Utah again. Some of them were actually believing (and declaring on these comment boards) that Utah Rugby was the equivalent of an intramural frisbee program.

Just the tip of the iceberg--"ute rugby" needs full investigation like swimming--similar problems to all the Greeks as few years back. All kinds of violations. If it smells, there is a reason . . .good luck Mr. Hill with this massive PR problem. Not good to have all these problems at the flagship university.

With the swimming and rugby programs under a shadow, there is a lack of leadership somewhere up the chain, as in the AD's office. Quibbling about whether or not the university's rugby team was affiliated with the university is re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
