Congrats to Weber State. Great Job! That was a TOUGH place to play and you won. Wish I were in Utah as I would have loved to go to the final game. Great to see WSU doing well. We are cheering for you in Arizona.

Go Wildcats! (Also Go Cougars) Both Teams make us old State of Utah Alum proud. They now know where Weber State is from.

Where is the news coverage of Weber's success? Just wondering why the media is ignoring Weber State.

Amazing game, and probably Randy Rahe's biggest road win at WSU. It may mot be dancing, but it beats watching games on tv! Go Wildcats, bring home a championship!

Just wondering if you realized you’re commenting on a story about Weber’s success, NeilT?

Also wondering if you’ve realized the increase in coverage from DNews for Weber State the season? DNews has been awesome all year with the Wildcats.

Stop complaining. Weber isn’t BYU, Utah or Utah State — not even close. But DNews covers them very well.

Thank you for actually covering the game DNews. The other newspapers just used press releases and a few paragraphs. Go Wildcats! Beat East Carolina! The whole state is cheering for you.

I think he is referring to televised news. Usually it's a quick flashing of the score and "oh, by the way...". Last night Fox 13 pretty much did just that, but the others were better. And Des News is way better than the Trib in covering WSU, we even got our own link under the sports heading back. Thanks Des News!

And when you say WSU is "not even close" to Utah and USU, tell me, what are their teams doing now? WSU just did what Wichita State, Creighton and St. Mary's couldn't do, win at UNI. In all seriousness, go Wildcats!

Let me just phrase it this way: BYU, U of U, and USU are no Weber State--the University that pulled of giant Tournament upsets against North Carolina and Michigan State and dang near got into the sweet 16 with close games against Georgetown and Florida. The University that can claim this year's NBA Rookie of the Year! We may not be as big as the other three schools, but brother we have got it going on up here in O-Town! We may not get all the media attention but Weber State takes a back seat to no one in this state.

Another gutsy win by the Wildcats. Let's pack the Purple Palace and cheer the Wildcats on to a Championship! GO WILDCATS!

@Wildcat

I wasn't saying that Weber State was lacking in talent. I meant in terms of viewership, the three other schools typically generate more interest. This WSU team has been a joy to watch all year. I think I stand for all Wildcats fans when I say — we want number 31. Beat East Carolina.
