The beauty of freedom of expression of this sort, is that over time you really find out what is someone else's mind and heart, if you listen and watch close enough. I lost a friend this week over this issue. I had posted the red and pink of a man and woman holding hands...

Whatever happened to bumper stickers. Those were personal, succinct, and you didn't care what other people would think of your personally. I wonder if this Facebook trend is reinforcing the sheep mentality (lemming, turkey; pick your animal.) Instead of taking a stance on an issue based upon your personal convictions or the merits of the issue, this seems to encourage taking a stance on what is perceived as socially acceptable. Its like going to college all over again.
