Won't work any better than the closure signs at wilderness study areas. The off road thugs will drive where they want, when they want and elude the sheriff while laughing at him.
I went shooting just west of the burn area a few weeks ago. Had fun, didn't use exploding targets no fires started, stayed on the already established dirt road to get there. They built fences around the burned areas. The dump smells good, NOT.
Dektol, off road thugs? Same thing could be said about your buddies at the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance and their desire to close Utah public lands to vehicles.
