What a season. Nice recap Brad. Really proud of the guys this year, losing 3 starters during the season, and a potential starter before the season. Stew did his best coaching job this year, I think.
Looking forward to the MWC and a healthy team next year!
Too bad to hear Morrill giving up like this, injuries or not, if they're invited to play somewhere then give your bench a chance to play.
I hope that Stew was just a little ticked after the game, and that he will rethink turning down a post season game IF offered? This team has not given up at any point and they should be proud. GO AGGIES.........
Likely over? If they lost in the conference tournament they won't make the big dance. But that's good for them. Now they don't have to get humiliated by a better team for a NCAA record time. I'm not sure of the exact number but we all know USU hasn't ever won a game in the big dance.

USU did beat Ohio State in the first round in 2001 while Stew was coach. The problem USU has in the past is they get lousy seeds when they get in. I thought that USU's 2010-11 season was Stew's best team with 30-4 record and they got a 12th seed? This will all change when they go to the Mountain West where multiple bids occur and teams can get high seeds (as high as 2 or 3 in some years) I like many others wonder how they will fair but with Stew Morrill as coach, I believe USU will be up in the top tier group.
I stand corrected. How bad was Ohio State that year? That just confirmed my point. No one respects USU enough to give them a good seed. Of course they are gonna be tops in the MWC. That's just the WAC 2.0. And Boise State is the only good team in that conference. It still won't help USU in the big dance. They'll still get a bigger and better team in the first round and lose. Again I wonder how bad Ohio State was back in 01 to lose to an equally horrible if not even more so team like USU.
