There is a mismatch between the title and the first sentence of the article. There is a big difference between no regulation, and not regulating differently than similar items.
Hints a bit of bias.
The Phase 2 Boilers are no better than the old ones. Just go to "Wood Smoke Activist Network" . Google that site look at pictures of the Phase 2 stoves! Central Boiler should be jailed for harming families and children!I hope the UTAH Senate is not bought off by these enablers of pollution! Just by a reg EPA cetified wood stove it is many times less polluting and uses less wood! Save our Air!
