Oprah expliting minorities for personal gain? That's just shocking....'sarcasm'
Oprah is a billionaire for a reason.
Having lived in Biloxi, Mississippi, close to New Orleans and how many parochial and private schools they have in that area, the public schools don't have the same balance of students that they would have. The selective enrollments for the non-public schools deprive the public schools of the diversity in those areas that have had long term separations of public and private schools, due to ethnicity and diversity.
It is not just Katrina that has caused problems in the past 100 years.
