While I honestly believe that being falsely accused of murder (and have everyone convinced that you are indeed guilty) would be about the worst thing that could ever happen to you, a literal example of "Hell on Earth", it's hard for me to think anything besides the thought that Mr. Ferry is exactly where he needs to be, namely, prison.
By his own admission he is a scumbag, and to me it doesn't matter if it's for drug-dealing, jaywalking or downloading the "Osmond Family's Greatest Hits Live" DVD illegally, he deserves to be locked up and stay locked up.
