That's the problem with building a budget around "assistance" you
see, if they had worked it like a business in the private sector, they would
have not lived large today, hoping that government money would come tomorrow.
I'm sorry that a few people lost their jobs, but honestly, it sounds like
mismanagement to me. Blaming it on the fact that the government is finally
putting a stop to over spending is a cop out on Tooele's part.
Makes one wonder about expanding Medicaid. Can we rely on the Feds. to make the
