What??? Conservatives using public money to fund a private venture? Isn't that government overreach?
Hey, if they can force us to pay for a soccer stadium, they can jolly-well help pay to get more convention visitors in our state.

How many other Salt Lake hotels are getting a special break that ends up as a subsidy?
Does this go along with Utah's claim to be one of the best managed states in the country, to subsidize one business over all others?
Besides being unfair it is against the principles of government that most of our legislators have pledged to adhere to.
