this is great I wonder if they can pass a law that will require the emissions to only stay within that counties "area?"
Watch out for Davis County to require more expensive testing at a higher price with a big portion of that going to their pockets. They had a great set-up in Kaysville but they fired everyone and turned it over to service stations only. They claimed the money that was generated for the county was "peanuts" and some say they had conflicts of interest in their decision. So I am not particularly supportive of this proposed law.
