Hey Knuckelheads,, The constitution that you dont understand states in the supremecy clause, That Federal law, Trumps state Law. So this bill, or any of the vitriol comming from the gun nut lobby, is in fact TREASON!! Common sense has left the republican party, and has been replaced with tea! Utah polliticians lost common sense, a long time ago. The hill is full of Crooks, and knuckelheads!!
@homebrew
Apparently you are one that does not understand the constitution.
All powers and rights not expressly given to the federal government belong to the states ans the people.
The 2nd amendment does not give a right, is guarantees a right.
Like all amendments it says what the federal government can not do.
Fed only trumps state ONLY where the people and the states have given them that power.
Constitution 101. Who's the real "knucklehead"?
The states were intended to do the lion share of governing by the consent of the governed (the people).
Why do we need a background check to own a gun... but not to run a country?
