Nice for a coach to admit that running a trap or full court defense has the potential of producing more fouls. As I officiate basketball and the foul count is like 8 to 2, and a coach draws my attention to, I normally saw to myself and wished I could say it to the coach "Stop Pressing and/or trapping and I think it might level out"
Done lots of Stan's games over the years, tough guy sometimes to work with in the confines of a gym, but a great gentle man. Wish him the best in the years to come.
