An actual investigative reporter would have used the correct terms in this article. Military leave is what a person takes from their employer to perform military duty. For example, when a police officer who is also in the National Guard is ordered to two weeks of active duty, he would take military leave from his employer to complete those orders.

A person in the military who is on leave is on vacation. A person in the military doesn't take "military leave" to visit family. I know it is just semantics, but a tad bit of research would have found that vacation time a military member earns is called "annual leave."

If he is posing as a 15 or 17 year old on a dating site, my question is why are girls who are 15 or 17 on this same dating site? Aren't dating sites for people over the age of 18? Girls that age should be getting dates from the boys they know at high school. I'm just a little confused.
