Do you really think this guy would be the coach had he NOT agreed to the contract terms?
He's unproven.
I wish him well and I was a vocal proponent for keeping him on as the head coach after last year.

Weber State plays the U of U and USU in addition to MacNeese State in the road and Stephen F. Austin at home. This combined with a tough Big Sky slate means four wins will not be an easy task. No green light games on this schedule! Looks like Sears got a good O coordinator and recruiting class, so I think Wildcat Nation is on the rise!

If more coaches had contracts like these, maybe they would worry more about football instead of riding around town on their motorcycle with their student-intern/mistress on the back.
