Interesting thoughts, I will withhold my final evaluation until/if I find time to read the book.
Regardless, the bullet points presented here seem to ignore the existence of selfish, ill-willed, or rapacious people. The relative proportions of good, indifferent, and bad people in the world might be uncertain. What I hope everyone realizes is that there are people with selfish motives or ill-intent. I've learned through sad experience the need to stay vigilant regarding such people.
