If it hasn't been confirmed by police that the suspect has died, then you shouldn't post it in your headline as if it's a fact.
Witness have reported seeing a body covered with a sheet on the ground, gun fire was heard, and life-flight and Kaysville Fire both arrived and left the scene without appearing to transport a person. Maybe thay should have said "Suspect may be dead" like KSL is stating. Would that make you feel better?
Why was life flight brought in? Just in case a police officer got wounded?
Good work, officers.
Legacy Byway was totally bumper to bumper stop and go..... took me 3 hours to get from North Salt Lake to Kaysville. Legacy must be continued north and widened for incidents such as this or for that matter, to help facilitate any forced evacuation of Salt Lake residents to the north or Davis to the south.
If the police agencies or the state could band together and get a helecopter or a drone, this would make high speed chases un-necessary.
Sure am glad criminals have guns.
Days like that, make me glad I recently started working in Farmington and my commute to Syracuse wasn't effected by I-15 being closed. Continue Legacy!
I guess we should build another airport too, for foggy or snowy days or crashes. The Legacy is a bad idea.
