A wonderful and uplifting article. I am impressed by the family's wonderful attitude through a hard situation. My prayers go out to them and especially Ashtyn.
Oh bless that sweet child's heart. I cried all the way through your story and want to keep up with it and I too, will add my hope and prayers that if it's the Lord's will Ashtyn will be healed and be able to live and enjoy a full life. As the Mother, I hope you are allowing your body to get the nourishment and strength it needs to be with her constantly. You truly are a positive example of what a Mother will do when she has a sick child....Be There.
Tears came to my eyes. God bless ashtyn and her family. Mom sounds wonderful a true example of a mother. Our prayers are with you all.
I wish the best for Ashtyn and her family and hope the chance for permanent renission/cure is higher than it was for our daughter who went 10 years with ALL a few decades ago, including several remissions and cancer returns, before succumbing to it. We also lived healthily, both before and after her diagnosis (at age 6), offered innumerable prayers, did the temple prayer roll thing, had excellent medical care, etc., but in the end the disease was stronger that all of those. Hope Ashtyn is one of the success stories.
